domestic shipping

only DHL ground and Fedex 2 day ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. shipping costs are slightly higher to these areas. overnight shipping to California is not available.

DHL ground shipping: $5.95 (3-9 business days)

FedEx express saver: $26.95 (3-4 business days)

FedEx 2 day: $28.95 (2-3 business days)

FedEx overnight shipping: $35.95

placed on a holiday: ships first day after service resumes for next day delivery.

international shipping

shipping, duties and additional fees are calculated at checkout based on size of order. 

ship times are approximately 5 - 20 business days but can vary based on delivery country. please see delivery times by country here. the estimated transit time is presented during checkout.

undeliverable packages

if a package is refused or is otherwise undeliverable as shipped, the carrier may return the package. tropic of c is not responsible for addresses entered incorrectly at time of order. please note packages cannot be delivered to forwarding addresses. undeliverable merchandise will be refunded once it is returned. all returned orders will be assessed a return shipping fee.
